First I had a screening call with a recruiter, they asked me about my background, if I was available, and if I was interested in the job. Then I had a technical interview where we talked about BA skills like requirement gathering and talking to stakeholders. The last interview was with the hiring manager, it was more behavioural, focusing on if I would fit the team, how I handle challenges, and my long-term goals.
