I submitted my info online and then came in for an in-person interview. They actually gave us a list of questions beforehand that they were going to ask. The questions weren't about my tech skills, but more about my work ethic and how I deal with tight deadlines and tough situations. Since I had the questions in advance, I could give quick and detailed answers with specific examples. After the interview, I got a call about an offer. I negotiated my salary, got the offer letter, and then I joined the company.
