It was a really quick and easy interview process, with a fast turnaround from when I applied to when I got the interview. The office staff were very nice and honest throughout. They explained clearly what they do day-to-day, giving me a good sense of the job.

Behavioral Presentation

They started with my background, education, experience, and asked about my desire to work for them. It was a laid-back discussion where they focused on selling me on Westgate more than me selling myself. They seemed really excited about the new property they mentioned, and clearly explained how it was unique because it had a casino attached. Since I was a referred recruit, it was a very easy interview.
