The interview process was really smooth and well organized - none of the usual BS. Every conversation was thoughtful and engaging, the team was sharp, candid, and passionate about what they’re building. Huge shoutout to the recruiter, who was excellent: communicative, transparent, and genuinely supportive. While the timing didn’t end up aligning for me, Western Union left a great impression and I’d definitely consider future opportunities there.

Behavioral Technical

I put in my application online. After that, I had to do an interview with an AI chatbot. Then, I had a conversation with the recruiter, followed by a call with the hiring manager. The last step involved interviews with people who would be my future colleagues.

Behavioral Presentation Other

Onsite interview was a mess, no one was professional or organized about what they wanted. I had a phone interview where I was asked to prep for some things. Then at the onsite, the panel had different ideas about the use case. People kept walking in and out, and I had to repeat myself constantly about my background and my presentation. It was the least professional team I've ever encountered.
