Compliance Manager
It was an online interview with the hiring managers and HRs. They asked questions about my past experience and how I would handle future situations. It wasn't too difficult and I had a reasonable amount of time to answer. The interviewers were nice and professional. It's good to prepare and learn about the company beforehand.

- What is your experience with Fraud?
AML Compliance Analyst
The interview process involved two interviewers who were very polite and professional. The interview lasted for about 1 hour and was split into two main parts. The first part focused on reviewing my CV, discussing my professional skills and priorities, and included some behavioral questions. The second part consisted of a practical task, and at the end, I had the opportunity to ask questions about the company and the role.

AML Compliance Analyst
Applied for the job. It took them over a month to get back to me for an interview, even though I had a referral. The interview itself was with two people who had a list of about 8 questions they read off a paper. They then asked a few resume questions. The interview was short, under 30 minutes. They said they'd let me know in two weeks, but I got an email a month later saying I didn't get the job. The whole thing felt really slow, and the interview felt rushed.
- How would you rate your Microsoft Excel skills on a scale of 1 to 10?
