The first meeting was a chat with the Operations Director and one of the Operations Managers. We talked about my past work experience and some details about the role, and I had to do a written test. Then, the second interview was again with the Operations Director and a different Operations Manager, where we went through some competency-based questions.

Behavioral Technical Case

Got a call within a week of applying for the Senior Analyst position. They scheduled interviews for a day that worked for me. All 4 interview rounds happened in one day, lasting about 3-4 hours. The interviewers included two analysts, a manager, and a VP, and they were all really nice and supportive. They called back the very next day with the results. After that, HR asked for past payslips and my salary expectations. They sent an offer letter within 2-3 days.

The management style at this company could be better, particularly concerning openness about promotions. I remember doing well on a test before, but someone I know who didn't pass the same test ended up getting promoted later. It seems like management might play favorites with friends and ignore actual test results, which is pretty unfair.
