Started with a call with HR, then had a test, and finally a call with a potential supervisor. The test was a bit tricky because there wasn't enough time to finish everything, but overall it went well.

It was a really professional interview process. They started with some ice breakers to make things relaxed. I had a phone interview first, and then a face-to-face one that was all about competencies. It's super important to prepare well for the competency-based part because you have to give real examples for your answers.

Got referred by someone I know, so I sent my resume over. A recruiter from HR called me about a week later to chat about the job, then had me apply online with a job number. This recruiter was my point of contact all the way through. Within that same week, she set up my first of three interviews. The first one was with my direct supervisor, the second with a manager, and the third with a director. About a week after the third interview, the recruiter called with an offer. I tried to negotiate, and she had to call me back. She called back two days later with a counter offer, which I accepted. The whole thing took about 3 to 4 weeks.
