So you start with a quick screening call to see if you're even qualified. Then, the first round is all about your finance smarts and how you deal with clients. They might give you some tests or a case study too. The second round digs into trickier situations and checks if you'll fit in with the team. And they'll also do some behavioral interviews to check out your softer skills.
