Got a phone call, they asked basic questions about my driving history, and I had to walk them through my employment history. They told me about how they pay and that I should join Western Express. I also had to talk about driving school and why I think I'm a good fit.

I went through orientation and 3 days of load securment training. I also had to do my DOT physical and a drug test. Then I had to pass skills and road tests. After that, I got a good driver manager who works with me on my home time and downtime needs.

The interview process felt questionable and disorganized, like it was run by high school students. They repeatedly asked for information I had already given them. They led me on for six months, saying I had the job, but kept delaying the process.
