The hiring manager was super late, like 40 minutes, and didn't even get my name right, said it twice. They asked me two questions and then just said they'd let me know. I never heard back and the recruiter ghosted my two follow up emails. It felt like a waste of two hours, including travel, just for them to look at my resume.

They started by telling me about the company and then asked me about programming. I also met some people from the department and they showed me around. I got there early, but it felt like they were rushing me out or they had too many interviews scheduled. They asked if I had questions, but then said they had another interview and cut me off. As I was leaving, I saw someone else waiting for their interview. It was a bit awkward. The interviewer even said they were nervous at one point, which was also awkward. I haven't heard back at all, despite sending two emails and a text. I guess it might not be the best place to work, but a job is a job.
