First up was a 1-on-1 with HR, which also had a written technical test and the Wonderlic. Then, I had two separate 1-on-1s with a group leader. You'll have to drive the conversation since they didn't prepare anything. The last interview was a 1-on-1 with a unit leader who had questions ready and took notes. WesTech seemed professional.

HR had me do a test. Then a VP reviewed my test scores. After that, I spoke with several group leaders and assistant group leaders who were also project managers or in similar roles. It was strange because I later got separate offers from different group leaders, but I guess nobody communicates with each other.

Got there and the group leader told me what WesTech does. Reviewed some drawings to check my ability to read them. Completed a Wonderlic test. Did a CAD proficiency test. Discussed the job responsibilities that are expected.
