Customer Service Representative
First there was a phone interview with questions, then a second interview with one of the area managers. The manager was really helpful and they explain the job in detail and gave you feedback to your questions. There are steps to fill out the app online in their office. Then wait a bit for feedback on what positions you can further on with. Phone screen/phone interview with questions given to you. Face to face with one of the floor managers.
- What constitutes great customer service?
- Would you continue to assist a customer even if they initially said no?
- Do you have any current commitments that would prevent you from being available to work during your first 90 days?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was over the phone and wasn't a big deal depending on the recruiter. It was alright, it really depends on who you're talking to at the moment. The interview will be about your skills and if you can handle the job, especially when things get stressful. You can do well by answering the questions directly and sticking to what the job entails and what you need to do to perform it right.
- Tell me about your previous customer service experience.
Customer Service Associate
They asked me to go to a website, and then asked how I use a phone, how to access a camera, and about my attendance. They also asked how to send an MMS and how to navigate the company website.
- Regarding your future, where do you envision yourself in the next decade?
