The whole experience was great and professional. It took about a month from applying. They'll call you if they like your resume to do a recruiter screen to get more info on your background and experience, then they send it to the hiring manager. If the manager likes you, you'll do more interviews, and each one is a test to see if you move on. You'll meet the hiring manager/director and some team members. They'll make an offer if you do well in all the interviews, then a background check, and then you get a start date.

The entire interview process was great. There were 4 rounds in total. Each round had different technical difficulties and depth. First was a behavioral and situational screening with the internal Tech Recruiter. She asked in-depth questions. Second, a technical screening with a VP+ Engineering. We talked about the tech stack, product, vision, obstacles, and goals/expectations. We went into detail about AWS, its services, and how to best use them. Third, another tech screening with a different VP+ Engineering. This included tech questions and culture fit (getting to know you). Fourth, the final round was with a Sr Product Manager and Lead Engineer. Questions covered product, Machine Learning, Front-End, AWS, and behavioral/situational aspects. The internal Recruiter kept me updated throughout the process, which was great. The offer and background check stages were also smooth and enjoyable.

So basically the interview had 3 people from the hiring team, 2 devs and the manager. The devs asked me technical questions for about 50 mins, covering unix commands, SQL/database stuff, and some Java. The manager finished up with some general questions for the last 10 mins.
