First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at West Technology Group.
Sales
I applied online and HR contacted me. I spoke with the HR Director a few times, and she moved me to the hiring manager. The phone interview with the hiring manager went well, and he had me speak with the VP of Sales. That phone interview went very well. They let me know that they wanted to meet. They called me to see if I was still interested. Then they went silent. No email or call. Nothing. I should have listened to the GlassDoor comments, because multiple employees stated how bad it was as an employee. In hindsight, I'm glad I was not moved to the next level. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Inside Sales
I met the hiring recruiter at a job fair and gave them my resume. They contacted me within two days for a phone interview. Then I went in for my first in person interview with HR, which went really well. I was called back for a second interview with a team manager. I was offered this position pending a signed contract from the new client. This went back and forth so HR called me back and set up a third interview with a different team manager. This interview went very well and was very pleasant. Everyone I met was positive, happy, and excited. I was offered and accepted this position and started working. From my initial phone interview to my first day, the process took about a month to a month and a half.

Inside Sales Representative
First, you get a phone call from HR to see if you qualify. Then, you go to the office for an in-person interview with a few people. They'll ask you basic questions like why you're a good fit, your strengths and weaknesses, and how you've handled tough situations before. It's a young company, so it's pretty relaxed.
