Behavioral Other

The interview process was very "Top Down" with all questions and techniques following this approach. It started with a phone meeting with HR, followed by the department manager, and then two supervisors who shared asking questions. It felt like a very rote and tiresome interview process. After it was all done, all they really knew were the answers to their specific questions, they didn't get to know me or what I can offer the company or bring to the position. They asked for examples of when I did or didn't do something. This made up most of the questions from the supervisors. There was no depth, no thought-out reasoning, just rote questions. Not a single question was based on my skills, education, or experience. All questions were posed with a negative assumption. It was an amazingly superficial and vacuous process.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was pretty easy, just some generic scenario questions and a typing/Excel test. Started with a phone interview, then an HR interview, and finally a panel interview, all on separate days. A lot of the questions were about customer service and software experience (like Microsoft, Oracle). The panel interview felt intimidating, though I'm not great at interviews anyway.

Behavioral Technical

The 3 part interview process was pretty efficient and thorough. First, there was a phone interview, then an HR interview where they asked a lot of basic questions. The last interview was a bit intimidating because it was with 5 managers all in the same room, and they rotated through questions. It wasn't bad, just a bit intimidating, and you never really knew how to approach it.
