West Technology Group Analyst Interview Questions

So I interviewed at West Corporation. I met with the manager and another senior analyst. The HR team also reached out. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knew their stuff really well, and was super polite. Overall, it was a really good experience for me.

Applied online and got an email from a recruiter for an initial onsite interview. All communication was quick and clear. They rescheduled the interview because of a storm, which was thoughtful. The recruiter made me feel comfortable and asked about my resume and background. I asked some questions, and she answered them thoroughly and even sent more detailed answers later. She then set up a second interview with the hiring manager, providing details beforehand. The hiring manager explained the job, company, and its future, and asked about my background and how I handle situations. They emphasized checking if the company was a good fit for me too. After about a week, I followed up and was updated on the process and timeline. I got an email on the expected date to schedule a third interview with the hiring manager and a teammate. This interview was professional and comfortable, focusing on the job details, their process stage, and my continued interest. I received an offer call from the recruiter and accepted, pending a background check. I was eager to start and began working about 7 days later. The whole process was great, comfortable, and informative, with excellent communication. It was one of the best hiring processes I've experienced, compared to my time at a Fortune 500 company and government work.

Interview with the team managers. Had some easy technical questions, like making a programming loop and joining two tables via SQL.
