So the interview process was two days long. I got a call from the recruiter first and they told me about the whole process and the company and what to expect. Then the recruiter set me up for an in-person interview the next day. I had to do two quizzes online before that. The interview itself was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my current job and how my experience there would be useful for this role. They also went over the work hours and were upfront about the expectations if I got the job.

They strung me along for over a month, which was terrible, with a slow response time and they changed the start date multiple times. I had told them from the beginning I had an obligation one weekend, which was the only weekend I had something going on. They were not working around that at all or respectful of it. They decided to schedule the start date the Monday after my obligation and needed me to fly across the country and still be in the office by 10 am. They told me this only a few days prior. It was impossible. It was as if they were setting me up for failure. When I told them the soonest I could get in was 2pm, they decided to rescind my offer.
