- Can you introduce yourself and tell me about your campus activities?
- Tell me about your involvement on campus and provide an elevator pitch.
Senior Software Engineer
So first I had a recruiter call with HR, then I got scheduled for a bunch of interviews all on the same day. It kicked off with an intro, then there were three interviews, each designed to check different things about me. They had a skills interview which was mostly technical and conversational, with a coding part done in a web app where we shared code. After that, there was a case interview where we talked through a client situation, how I'd ask questions, assess the business case, and advise the client. Lastly, there was a behavioral interview to see if I'd be a good cultural fit at West Monroe. I guess they also do background checks and make offers.
- Are you open to traveling for client work?
Computer Programmer
The interview process started with a recorded interview where I had to answer questions. Then there was an online interview with casual questions. The final interview was split into three parts, each with a different person: a values interview, a skills interview, and a case interview. For the case interview, I had to analyze a problem, come up with the best solution, and ask the interviewer questions about it.
