Behavioral Technical Case

You'll have an initial video interview, then there will be three more rounds of interviews with people from WM. The interviews will include a behavioral, technical, and case interview. Their case interviews aren't super hard compared to other places; it seems like they value business sense more than rapid calculations, although you should still practice both. The interviewers were really nice and we had a good connection.

Behavioral Case Presentation

Had two initial screening calls that were pretty standard and with nice people. Then, I had an in-person interview with about 4-5 people, involving several interviews and a case study. The in-person part was rough. One interviewer didn't really get my previous role, kept misunderstanding it even after I clarified multiple times. Another interviewer was really unpleasant, almost demeaning. Even though the company generally has good reviews and everyone else was great, the thought of this unpleasant interviewer becoming my boss killed my interest in the role and the LA office. It was a demoralizing experience for a professional like me.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a phone screen from a recruiter. Then, I had a phone interview with a Senior Manager. After that, I was invited for a "super day" where I met four interviewers, including the head of the NYC office. Even though all interviewers gave me a thumbs up, they asked me to come back for a second interview with two more people who were on vacation during my first visit. Following this second round of interviews, the recruiter called me that same evening. He initially offered me a Senior Consultant role, which I refused, and then tried to offer a lower salary than I expected. When I pushed back, he acted like he was doing me a favor, given my current situation with layoffs at my previous company. At that point, I decided I wasn't interested in working with the firm and told him so. Despite their claims of a great culture, they didn't seem to value employees' worth or avoid taking advantage of their circumstances. Some of the people I met were really nice, though.
