The interview process started with a HireVue for the first round. Then, the second and final round took 3 hours total and was split into 3 parts: a case study, behavioral questions, and a skills assessment, with a different interviewer for each part. The process was well organized and the questions asked were fair.

The interview process was a bit chaotic and disorganized. Scheduling info was conflicting. It took about a month to complete. There were five rounds in total. Round 1 was an Introduction/Screening. Round 2 involved an Overview of experience. Round 3, the 'Good Cop' round, also an Overview of experience with a Sr. Manager. Round 4 was a Case Round. Round 5, the 'Bad Cop' round, again with a Sr. Manager. Round 6 was a Behavioral interview. One of the interviewers was actually a Manager, but they were listed as a 'Senior Consultant' on the agenda and in the scheduling system. I'm surprised I didn't get an offer; they seem like a typical consulting firm, nothing really stands out.

Case Behavioral
I went through a case interview and some behaviorals, which took several hours. I got the offer and accepted it. Then, months later, they told me my start date was pushed back from July 2023 to March 2024. They gave me a March start date in September 2023, but then rescinded my offer in October 2023. It was really bad how they managed expectations. Don't waste your time.
