Behavioral Presentation

It was a 3 step interview process. First, I spoke with the HR manager, and then she had me talk to the hiring manager. After my chat with Kara, I was invited back for the second round. During the second round, I shadowed a team member and observed all the day's meetings. We also met with some clients and discussed growth and compensation over lunch. The whole process was pretty straightforward. I appreciated getting a glimpse into the role I would potentially be taking on.

Behavioral Technical

The job posting was for a Marketing Associate position, but it turned out to be a door-to-door sales role, which wasn't disclosed upfront. I applied on ZipRecruiter and received a call a few days later. The process included a phone interview followed by an in-person interview at their office. During the in-person interview, I noticed some red flags: the contact number was a Google Voice line, the office was located in an industrial area, and the manager was a young woman. After the interview, I researched the company and discovered its true nature, which is similar to Cydcor and other companies with similar business models. I declined their offer because they were not upfront about the sales aspect. I believe positive reviews might be from current employees who are pressured to leave feedback. My advice is to avoid this company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process has 3 stages. First is a phone screening to see what you're looking for and if you'd fit in. It's a quick, standard phone screening. The second stage is an in-person interview asking standard questions about your resume, school/work experience, and if you're comfortable with the job duties. My first interview was about 15 minutes, and I heard back the same day about moving to the next round. The next interview is an all-day event shadowing a current employee to see what their typical sales day is like. I really enjoyed this day because everyone there is friendly and fun. At the end, there's a one-page survey asking about what you learned from the employees. If you pass, they'll ask you to email them answers to 3 questions. I heard back 2 days later that I got the job, but I declined because I got a better offer.

Behavioral Other

The interview process starts with a 20-30 minute initial chat. You'll talk about yourself, your motivations, and learn about the company and their leadership program. If it goes well, the next step is a full day immersion, where you'll join your potential leader in the field. This day gives you a feel for a typical workday and the company's methods for success.
