After submitting my application, I completed a 40-minute assessment. Then, I had an automated phone interview where I had to rearrange sentences and answer customer service-related questions. About a week later, I received an email with a job offer, followed by a background check and paperwork.

Technical Presentation

I applied online and heard back the next day to move to the next step. This next step had two phone question parts. The first part was about repeating audio. The second part was about ordering jumbled sentences. I passed that and was then asked to answer 6 questions that they gave me beforehand so I could prep. While answering, I could re-record if I didn't like my response. I'm now waiting for my background check before I start training.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • All questions were provided in advance, but I had slight difficulty repeating one fragmented sentence.

Behavioral Other

It was a little tedious because you filled out the online application and then there was a 45-minute assessment test and then you waited to get an email to find out if they were interested and if they were, you got an email to do a phone interview that was automated and you got two chances to record your responses to a few questions and then you waited for another email to offer you the job or tell you they were going with a more skilled applicant.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance where you encountered a very upset customer? Describe how you managed the situation and whether you felt your approach was effective, explaining your reasoning.
