It started out pretty well, about two weeks after applying I got an email for a phone screening which was like a general intro and 'why wepay' type questions. They scheduled the next two interviews pretty quickly after that. The interviews themselves were pretty standard, and the interviewers were professional and friendly. I got to the final round but unfortunately, I was rejected. Then, a week later, I got an email saying the rejection decision was a mistake and I'd get the real decision the next day. I got really hopeful. But then, I never heard back even after following up twice. My experience was fine until that point, but then they really showed they didn't care about me or my time.

Initial call with recruiter, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there were 4-5 rounds of in-person interviews with the team members. Finally, there was an onsite interview with 2 executives. Wepay was really transparent throughout the process, and the recruiter kept me updated. Communication was via email and text, which felt fast-paced and clear. They really wanted to get to know me and explain the role well. I got the offer 2-3 days after the final round. The onboarding took 2-3 weeks because it goes through JP Morgan Chase, but it was simple.

Behavioral Technical Case

I sent in my resume and cover letter through the company's website. Then, I had a quick chat with a recruiter over the phone. After that, I did a video interview with the PM hiring manager. The final part was a 'virtual on-site,' which involved four video interviews back-to-back with people from different teams.
