We had a short video call, then they sent me an Excel sheet to complete. I finished it with great care and sent it back. They replied that my work didn't meet their quality standards. I'm confident in my work, and even had a translator friend check it, who confirmed it was all correct. Seems like their review process or reviewer might have an issue.

So before the phone interview, there was like a questionnaire about my language and IT skills to fill out. The actual phone interview, the person on the other end mostly just talked about the job and didn't really grill me with questions. Then, after that call, I had to do a take-home test. If I passed that, they invited me for an onsite assessment. The people interviewing were pretty nice throughout and happy to answer anything I asked.
