Linguist
I was contacted via LinkedIn. The first interview went okay. Then there was a test (which was quite large), followed by an evaluation. Scoring over 99% was considered a failure. I can't imagine what the work environment is like if such a result means you're not good enough.
- Standard questions were asked.
Linguist
It was a pretty straightforward and simple interview. They gave a written test to assess language abilities. No technical expertise was necessary. A good grasp of the language is all that's needed. You need to have your camera and audio on during the test.
- Can you tell us about your language knowledge and your reasons for wanting to join our company?
- What's your motivation for joining this company, and what do you know about the language?
Linguist
The interview process was decent overall. Everything went smoothly except for their response time, which was quite slow. The entire process took around 45 days. The questions and the assignment were not too difficult—just of average difficulty. Overall, it was a fairly standard experience.
- Tell me about yourself and why do you want to join welocalize or why should we hire you?
