It was good, I met with the project manager and the vendor manager. We talked about my fit for the role. It was a bit casual, but they asked some pretty detailed questions about my past experience. I only had 2 rounds because they really needed to fill the position quickly.

There were 4 interviews in total, and an exam after the first interview. You'll only move on if you pass the exam, so read those instructions carefully. The first two interviews were with Welocalize, and the last two were with their client. Welocalize wants to find good people for their client, so they'll help you prepare for those last two client interviews. Ask questions during the Welocalize interviews, or even email them in between. Seriously, read the exam instructions carefully. I didn't, and had to rush, leaving some answers incomplete. I was so anxious afterward, thinking I failed because I didn't read the instructions. So, read them carefully.

- Tell me about your background and what you can do for this job.
