Customer Service Representative
The interview process started with a 90-minute assessment. If I passed that, it was sent to an HR recruiter for a phone screen. If that went well, I was invited to a group interview. The group interview began with about 15 minutes covering company info and benefits. Then we broke out into smaller groups where several managers asked situational/behavioral questions for about 45 minutes. After that, I was asked for references, and I provided six. A week later, I received an email stating I was not selected to move forward, with little communication about the reasons.

Provider Relations Consultant
The interview process began at a virtual job fair, but had a rough start because I couldn't log in. The recruiter sent a Zoom link to continue, but when I joined, her camera wasn't working. She asked questions about my work history that were already on my resume and didn't even know a competitor's name. When I asked about a standard industry practice, she said they don't reimburse for it. At the end, she asked if I could meet the hiring manager in under an hour. I agreed, but then got a call back saying the manager had a scheduling conflict. After that, communication was really bad. I was told multiple times she was waiting on the hiring manager, but today, after 5 days, I got an email saying they chose other candidates. That's fine, but they should treat people with respect and not waste their time.

Director
I had a remote interview for a Director role. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then the hiring manager. After not hearing back, I followed up with the recruiter. It took two weeks to get a reply, and then they asked for my availability for interviews with the team. The interviews were supposed to be scheduled within a few business days, but after another two weeks, they needed to be completed in just a couple of days. I ended up having six interviews over two days, totaling more than five hours. I never heard back and reached out to the recruiter again with no response. About two weeks later, I followed up again and still no reply. I understand not everyone is a good fit and the cost of hiring the wrong person, but I think it's unacceptable to ignore a candidate who spent about eight hours meeting with various people at the company.

Supervisor
I applied for a Supervisory role and my experience seemed to be a perfect match for the job description. The initial recruiter phone interview was fantastic, lasting about an hour and very positive. They quickly set up a 1:1 with the Director, which also went incredibly well and lasted an hour. The Director mentioned the role was open because no one internally had stepped up as hoped, which was encouraging for an external candidate. The next step was a four-hour panel interview early the following week with supervisors from other departments, the recruiting manager, the COO, and some of the team I would be supervising. Every conversation was great, and I felt a real connection with the team. However, after the panel, communication became scarce. Despite a few follow-ups, I was told they were still reviewing candidates. Two weeks later, I got a personalized email from the recruiter saying they were giving the internal candidate another shot. It's a shame about the $60 in parking fees, especially given the outcome. The interview process itself was very positive, even though it didn't work out.
