The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and I sent my resume. We had a phone screen where they asked about my desired salary. Then, I had an initial on-site with a staff member. It was just conversation, no coding. The next stage was a full-day on-site with the team, manager, and stakeholder. People came to a conference room to meet me. Some meetings were remote calls. Mostly informal resume-based chats, but the manager asked behavioral questions. I got lunch provided. They mentioned the final round would be two days long.

Technical Behavioral

I interviewed with nine people over the course of a full day, some in person and some via video chat. Most of the interviews went well. It's hard to recall some of the lower-level questions, especially with so much experience, it's tough to remember every little detail across all the languages I've worked with. The overall process was okay, but their interview process seems longer than at other companies.

  • Could you discuss areas of the SDLC process?
  • What are your thoughts on Agile?
  • Tell me about Web 2.0.
