First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wellington Management.
Intern
I had a video interview where I was asked about 4-6 questions. Afterwards, there was an online strength-based interview. We discussed my CV and elaborated on the points I made. It didn't require deep technical knowledge, but rather focused on assessing my motivations and whether I'd be a good cultural fit.

Intern
The interview process involved sending in your CV and cover letter, then a telephone interview, and following that up with second/third round zoom interviews. There were no psychometric or online numerical tests. The first telephone interview was with HR and the second round was with the head of the department you applied to.
- Tell me about a time you collaborated with a team to reach a shared objective.
- What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
- Can you introduce yourself?
Intern
So after the initial phone screening, I was invited to do their super day. I couldn't make it in person, so we did a conference call instead. It was four rotations, each with a different employer, and I talked with each one for about 30 minutes. Most of the questions were behavioral, but some were technical based on who I was talking to. I also got asked some personality questions and other basic stuff about my interests.
- What is your typical role in a group setting?
