It was a pretty chill interview process. I chatted with both the attorneys I'd be working for, and they were both super nice. The questions focused on behavioral and soft skills. They're big on knowing if you're familiar with asbestos.

Short interview, but not much offered. Little effort was made to get to know the talent or compensate them well. Could be improved greatly with just a little more effort, seems a bit like a mil.

The interviewer, Ellis, posed sharp, stimulating questions that, while unconventional for interviews, were designed to test quick thinking. I personally found it to be an excellent interview, though it might surprise some candidates.

Behavioral Technical Other

I first heard from a staffing agency who set up my interview with the company. Then, I had 3 in-person interviews at the firm. The first time, I met with 2 people from the department I was applying to and they asked standard interview questions. In the second interview, I met with the same people plus 2 more supervisors from other departments. We talked about the job and again I was asked typical questions about my strengths, weaknesses, goals, and experience. The third interview was with HR, and they showed me around the building. After that, I got the offer. The whole process was really professional, and everyone I met was super nice and helpful. They answered all my questions throughout. I'd definitely recommend them.
