There were 3 rounds total. First, a phone screen with HR, then a video call with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with the hiring manager and some of the team. They asked a lot of questions about my resume and past work, and also shared their own experiences with the role.

It was engaging. I had a first round of Interview with the recruiter from the US. After the interview, the recruiter said she was gonna bring up my resume to the Hiring Manager for the second stage of the Interview. Having send in my "Thank you" letter after 24 hrs. Immediately I got a rejection from Weir Minerals.

There were two interviews. The first one was more technical, with the person who would be your direct boss and the head of the area. The second one was with a high-level regional manager, and it could be equally technical or about soft skills. If you pass, they invite you for an interview with a psychologist and medical exams.
