You'll chat with a few lawyers, some associates and some partners. Sometimes there's a quick chat before the main callback interviews. Everyone was really nice. They're just trying to get to know you and see if you'd be a good fit for the firm's vibe.

Behavioral Technical

After the initial screener, there was a callback, and the whole process was conducted online. It took a few business days to get to the next step. There were no surprises. It was a 30-minute interview with 4 attorneys, and it felt more like an interrogation than a conversation.

Behavioral Other

You'll have four interviews, each 30 minutes long, with four different people. They really want to get to know you as a person, understanding who you are both inside and outside of work, and your overall life story. Even though it's four interviews, the interviewers made it a really positive experience. They just want you to be yourself and answer honestly. They're trying to gauge if you're the kind of person they'd want to work with, even if it meant staying late until 2 AM. If they've invited you for an interview, it means they already believe you're qualified for the job.
