Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WeightWatchers.
Marketing Assistant
They asked about my experience in general, why you applied for the role, and asked if I could share previous work examples. It was about 4 rounds of interviews with different team members. Overall great experience and process.
- Could you show me some of your past work?
- Could you share some of your experience?
- What made you apply for this role?
Marketing
The interview process was very easy and I received a lot of help throughout. I always felt informed about what was happening, and the team made it a great experience. They were very encouraging during the interview. I would recommend it.
- Which platforms are you familiar with?
Marketing Assistant
The process was pretty straightforward, but the feedback afterwards was disappointing. Even though I made the effort to go to their head office for the interview, I only got generic feedback. For a company of this size, I would expect more personalized feedback to be the standard practice!
- Can you tell me what you know about Weight Watchers?
