I went through 4 rounds of interviews. The first was with HR, and then I had 3 more with different people from the team. Everyone was really nice and helpful throughout. The whole thing took about a month.

Behavioral Other

It was pretty easy to get an interview back then, but nowadays it might be harder with fewer positions advertised. However, stores are always looking, so I'd suggest going into your local store in person and talking to the store manager or the head of the department you're interested in. My interview years ago was quick; they looked at my resume and asked if I wanted the job. Not sure about the process now.

The whole process took about 3 weeks. I got referred from a job fair. There was an initial screen, then 3 interviews back to back with team members, and then a final interview with a team lead.
