Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WeightWatchers.
Intern
We asked some pretty basic questions to check your knowledge on data structures and algorithms. We also chatted about your projects and how you handled the front-end and back-end work. The interviewer also asked if you had any questions for them at the end.
- Can you explain the differences between various coding languages?
- What exactly is a stack in programming?
Intern
I had a phone interview with two people, but it really felt like just one person interviewing me. They asked typical questions about my experience and explained my responsibilities, which was helpful because the job description was pretty vague. I was a bit let down afterward because the responsibilities they described didn't really line up with what was written in the job description.
- What makes you a strong candidate among the others?
Intern
I applied online and heard back from the hiring manager a couple of weeks later to set up a phone interview. It was a pretty short call, about 20 minutes, where they asked about my past experience.
- Could you discuss your prior internship experiences?
