I'm posting this review because I saw other negative interview experiences and the CTO mentioned they revamped their process. The whole process felt smooth. I appreciated the clear next steps, compensation for my pair programming time, and sincere feedback on why I didn't get an offer. I'm excited for Wefunder's growth! They have a talented and friendly crew, and they seem to be in a growth phase, trying to find the right balance of process without losing their scrappy culture.

I applied online, and then got an email about a phone interview. The interviewer barely said a word the entire time, but somehow I passed. Next, I had a Skype interview that went much better. Finally, I was supposed to have a third round phone interview but it took many emails to actually get a response about setting it up. That one didn’t go very well so I didn’t expect to get an offer, but I just never heard from them again. Even after emailing to inquire about my status, no response.

I had a horrible interview experience. There were four rounds of technical interviews. After finishing all of them, I waited for two months without any updates. I sent several emails, but no one got back to me. Finally, the recruiter told me the role wasn't available anymore because of some 'changes in priorities'.
