First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Weee.
Global Sourcing Analyst
The recruiter was nice, but the hiring manager was really difficult. They acted like they knew everything and kept challenging my experience and correcting me, which felt condescending. The worst part was when I asked about their leadership style, and they said, 'We’ve been talking for so long, don’t you already know my style?' It was super unprofessional and disrespectful. The whole conversation was tense and made me realize the company culture is probably toxic and stressful to work in. Good thing I found out now.
- Can you introduce yourself and tell me about your past experience?
- Can you describe your leadership style?
Category Buyer
The interview had 3 rounds. Round 1 was with HR. Round 2 was with the direct manager. Round 3 was with the director of purchasing. The HR and direct manager were both nice young ladies. The director asked more about my resume. I was refused because I lacked experience.
- Can you name the three suppliers you contacted in your previous role?
Supply Chain Analyst
The interview process included an initial HR phone screening, followed by interviews with the Hiring Manager and then the team. After that, there was a technical skill test, and finally, an HR call for the results. I found it not too difficult. Everyone was friendly and didn't rush, even if the interviews ran longer than scheduled.
- Can you tell me about your educational background or previous work experience?
- Have you had any prior experience using Weee?
