Behavioral Case

The first call with the hiring manager started about 15 minutes late, which was pretty inconvenient as I had to shuffle my current work meetings and had a strict time limit. They jumped straight into questions without any intro. They asked about my background and explained their business goals and what they were looking for in this hire. I didn't get a chance to ask my questions before they moved me to the next stage. The next step was a simulation/case study that took about 6 hours to complete with the required detail, even though the scenarios weren't too tough. Some parts were a bit unclear, especially with certain terms and how they define recurring business. I submitted the case study a day early and was told by the recruiter I'd hear back in about a week for a panel interview. After a week, I followed up and was told the hiring manager was out, so I'd have to wait another week. I waited another week, and then a whole month passed. I eventually gave up because it's been almost 3 months with no word. I get that there might be a lot of candidates or maybe my case study wasn't up to par, but the lack of communication and consideration for my time is unacceptable. Honestly, even if they reached out now, I'd probably pass because their treatment of candidates makes me question how they treat actual employees.

Behavioral Presentation

The recruiter reached out to me for this role, and it was a multi-step interview process. Honestly, the whole thing felt pretty unprofessional. They seem to be hiring a lot of people right now, but it's like they don't really know where they're going. A lot of the employees seem pretty new, less than a year in, which made it hard to get straight answers or understand what the priorities really are. The in-person interview was long, like 3-4 hours, and I had to do some prep beforehand. I didn't end up getting an offer, which was fine, but the whole experience was kinda off-putting. Nobody even thanked me for my time or effort in the hiring process. The only feedback I got was super vague – basically that my interview wasn't strong enough. I don't mind a thorough interview, but at the very least, you should thank candidates for their time, especially when you're asking for so much. And it's kind of weird when the recruiter is the one initiating contact!

Behavioral Other

It was a pretty thorough process. The people were nice and the office had a real professional vibe, like a big company. You gotta be ready for some tough questions and deal with different kinds of interviewers. It felt a bit like a TV show waiting for the next interview email, but they do let you know if you didn't make it, so you're not left hanging.
