Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The entire interview process spanned about 4 weeks. It was pretty extensive and required a good amount of preparation, but it was clear they knew exactly the kind of person they were looking for. It began with a phone screen, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. Then, I had to complete a case study. After that, there were meetings with both internal team members and people from other departments. It was definitely the most challenging interview process I've been through, but I gained a lot from it, so I don't regret it. I made it to the final round, but they ultimately chose someone with a bit more technical expertise, which I'm okay with.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process should be two rounds. The first round is with a technical recruiter who will ask you a lot of questions about your background, work experience, and so on. I don't know about the second round because I wasn't selected for it.

Applied via LinkedIn. The company was quick to reach out and schedule an interview after reviewing my experience. Second interview was scheduled later that week. A technical test was sent for 24 hour completion. The test itself was not too difficult, Light coding question and some SQL questions. Second interview was: - Video interview. - Very few questions - Questions felt vague and unfocused. - Technical test was not reviewed during interview - Overall positive conversation with assurances that the company would update me with 48 hours. 1 week later and after requesting feedback ,I receive the standard Greenhouse rejection no-reply email. This company is desperately trying to grow yet sticks to the pre Great Resignation playbook of hiring practices of a startup. None of the people I spoke to seemed to be at the company longer than a year.
