Sales Executive
This was a joke of an interview process. It took 7 weeks and 7 interviews, and I thought I was going to get hired. They asked me to switch from my original application for 'display advertising product specialist' to Sales Executive, saying I was overqualified and that they really needed to fill 7 roles. The next week, they said they weren't hiring for the role they asked me to fill in Denver (?). I knew more about the company than the 8 people who interviewed me. You're better off not applying. The company's stock has dropped 90% since going public, they work with unlicensed businesses in California, they laid off 25% of their staff last year, and just laid off another 10% three days ago. The lack of professionalism is sad. Don't get on the Titanic.
- They will make you do case studies that will take up hours of your day and are geared for seriously novice business people.
Account Executive
The hiring process felt really straightforward and easy. Everyone I talked to was friendly and to the point. It didn't feel like they were wasting my time, and overall, it was a great experience. Even though I didn't move forward, I honestly think they have a solid recruitment process and some of the best recruiters out there.
- Can you share your proudest achievement?
Account Executive
The interview process included a recruiter call, a sales manager interview, a case study, and a meet-the-team round. I didn't get the offer, and the only feedback was that my pipeline strategy wasn't strong. I'm not sure what that means since I didn't get actual feedback. If that was the only issue, it makes me wonder if they were honest or just didn't recognize my executive capabilities. I'm disappointed in how they handled it and starting to think the negative reviews are true. Glad I didn't get picked because I know my worth and what I can do. Clearly, this company isn't focused on teaching success.
- Can you describe your approach to pipeline management?
- Could you share an instance of a difficult sales situation you navigated?
