Very direct and well prepared.. took a few days. Prepare to do a mock call on the 2nd or 3rd interview if this is for sales. Everyone is really nice and just want to know you are human and can talk to people since that is your job all day.

I applied online and heard back within 2 days for a phone interview. It was about 30 minutes and felt like a full interview, even though I expected it to be brief. The HR person asked a lot of detailed questions. First, I had to introduce myself. Then, they explained their sales approach and asked if I was interested. If I was, they asked what my interests were, which was a bit odd since I obviously applied for the job. I talked a lot about how much I love their company because I use it myself to plan my friends' weddings and such.

Started with a recruiter phone screen, which was pretty easy and basic. The recruiter was nice and got how I could bring value. Then, I had a call with someone from the Venue department. This interviewer was really rude and didn't ask clear questions, using fancy words for simple stuff. It felt like she only knew advertising sales. The questions were vague and not specific to the industry or packages. If you get someone with a bad voice and attitude, just reschedule.
