The recruiters were really nice and made an effort to help candidates move forward. The first part involved a logic test and answering questions from the recruiter. After that, there were three 30-minute interviews with different managers and analysts from the department to assess suitability for the role.

I had a phone screen with HR, then an on-site with 2 MDs and 2 VPs. I also met half the trading team that day. HR called me a few days later and I started working right after. Didn't learn much, but it was a good experience to put on my resume.

Intern
First you talk to the VP, and if he likes you, then you get to talk to the brokers, and if they like you, then you get the job. You talk to everyone.
