The recruiters were really nice and made an effort to help candidates move forward. The first part involved a logic test and answering questions from the recruiter. After that, there were three 30-minute interviews with different managers and analysts from the department to assess suitability for the role.

I had a phone screen with HR, then an on-site with 2 MDs and 2 VPs. I also met half the trading team that day. HR called me a few days later and I started working right after. Didn't learn much, but it was a good experience to put on my resume.
