I had an initial screening interview, then an interview with the IT Lead, followed by an interview with the whole IT team, and a final on-site interview. The HR team was professional and kept me updated. I was the top candidate, but sadly they decided to close the role. It was still the most professional interview process I've had.

The people were nice and the interview wasn't too difficult for an entry-level position if you have a finance background. The hiring manager and HR were quite responsive. It involved standard behavioral and finance tech questions, along with some about the current market.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was more of a personality match for both employee and employer. At the beginning of my interview, I received a job description that went into detail about the position. Next, I was asked questions about how I would handle certain situations and lastly, they wanted to know if I had any questions. In total, I had three interviews.
