Manager
The interview process was very informative, with a good description of the position and an overview of the bank's goals. The interviewer was very interested in my past experience, my expectations, my career path goals, and what I expected from the role. I met several people from the department on the same day as the interview. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Senior Manager
The hiring process was quick, I got hired in under two weeks. The panel interview was great, it gave me a clear view of my position and how it connects with other teams.
- How do you approach engaging with stakeholders?
Assistant Manager
The hiring process was a little tedious. I had 3 interviews. The first interview was with HR, the second with 2 market managers and the third was with the branch manager that I would be working with. They were very nice asked a few questions. Third interview was mostly scenario questions.
