Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Webster Bank.
Intern
The interview process was straightforward and easy. I had two interviews in total: one with the hiring manager and another with the program manager. They were both really nice and professional, and they made me feel at ease.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe your experience working as part of a team.
Intern
Started with an online application. Then had a screener call with HR. After that, I had multiple calls with different team members from the team I applied for. About a week or two later, I got a call with an offer.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Why do you think you are a good fit for this role?
Intern
It was a quick interview process, two rounds total. First was a phone call, then a video interview with the two summer program leaders. They didn't get back to me after.
- Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it.
