Behavioral Technical Coding

I had a 30-45 minute chat with a delightful and personable recruiter, which was the first step in the application process over the next four weeks. Keep in mind that all of this happened around and after Thanksgiving with Christmas approaching. The second stage was a general technical assessment that I got the link to about a week after the recruiter call, and heard back on another week later. The third stage was a Hackerrank.com tech assessment. The hiring manager sent this over instead of a one-on-one interview because I aced the first assessment. This Hackerrank assessment had very little to do with the actual job, it was entirely about SQL knowledge and queries. I'm familiar with SQL, but not to the extent tested, especially since I was working from memory. I got the link about a week after the previous results, and it took another week to hear back.

Had a quick 30 min phone chat, then an online SQL test where the questions were pretty easy but there wasn't enough time to finish them all. After that, another 30 min phone call. Then I had to do a coding assessment using Selenium Webdriver, and they gave me 5 days to complete it. Finally, there was a 4-hour Teams interview with a group of interviewers.
