Logistics Coordinator
I went through about 3 interviews with some folks from the logistics team. They wanted to hire me, but then when we were talking salary, they took back the offer because of about $2,000 difference, which isn't much per paycheck.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Logistics Specialist
Started with a phone screen given by a current member of my department. We discussed company culture, needs for the role, and my expectations as an employee. Phone screen took half an hour. About a week later, I received an email looking to schedule a video interview with two team leads; that lasted about an hour and a half. Then, I was told I had been moved to the finalist round, had about an hour-long interview with the department director, and was given a timeline of 1-2 weeks to hear back about their decision. All in all a pretty conversational but rigorous and in-depth process; they wanted to know a lot about my freelance art experience and my time in high school as a classroom TA.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenging workload with multiple competing priorities and explain your strategy for deciding what to tackle first?
Logistics Coordinator
The interview was going really well, I was in there for over two hours. They gave me a tour of the site which is definitely set up to impress. I should have known after reading all the feedback on the whole Clark Associates umbrella what I was in for… at the end I was asked to do the DISC assessment and apparently I wasn’t dominant enough. The interview, in my opinion, was a complete waste of time.
- Can you share an instance when you had to handle a difficult coworker?
