I had an interview with the hiring manager. It felt more like a chat than a Q&A. They asked me what SDLC is, and then we talked about some hypothetical situations and my past work.

I applied in January 2019. I did a phone interview in Feb 2019. Two days later, I got scheduled for a F2F interview that I attended two weeks after that. I interviewed over video with the hiring manager and then with the four BAs already on the team. The BAs weren't open to the idea that companies do SDLC differently, they questioned me on how I do things at my current job and I was honest about how we do things differently to fit our needs. Two of the BAs were new grads, one seemed open to different ways of working, and one was very closed minded and thought she was better than everyone else. She has only been a BA for 2 years and only working here. I was told they would let me know either way but the hiring manager assured me they'd reach out regardless. It's been almost three weeks since the F2F interview and I haven't heard back. I emailed the hiring manager last Friday thanking him for their time and the opportunity. Believe the reviews about this place. They can't even send a "no thank you" email, which takes 60 seconds. It's 2019. If you respect your interviewees, maybe they won't be so bitter after going through your interview process.

The team was welcoming and helpful, but the interviews involved multiple rounds with puzzle-type questions that didn't seem relevant. I received an email rejection afterward with no explanation.
