So the interview process was pretty long, but I think it shows they really care. I applied for one role initially, but after going through all the interviews, they felt another position was a better fit for me based on my personality and skills. I'm really glad I saw it through! It involved about 4 to 6 stages, starting with the application, then a phone call, a written interview, an in-person interview, several meetings, and a job shadow. It all paid off in the end. They were also considerate about my commute time and wanted to ensure I got the best benefits, especially coming right out of college.

The interview process started with a phone interview, then there were two in-person interviews that required a 6-hour round trip drive each. Each interview lasted between 1-2 hours and was quite thorough. Even though the people and offices were great and everyone was very nice, it was a bummer to go through 3 lengthy interview rounds and only get a rejection letter without any feedback on how to improve. It seems like a good company to work for, but the interview process can be really tough.

Marketing Assistant
This was a super long interview process with lots of behavioral questions, not really job-specific ones. They seem to interview a ton of people. Before the interview, there's a really long questionnaire to fill out, plus 3-5 personality tests, and you have to manually enter your resume info into their database (which is a pain). They say you need to be in the top 5% of applicants to even get an interview and in the top 0.5% of interviews to get an offer.
