First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WebFX.
Marketing Analyst
First there was a 30-minute phone call with personal questions. Then, I had to complete a Google form with written questions, which took about an hour. After that, there was a one-hour Microsoft Teams interview with recruiters. Finally, I had an in-person tour and an interview with an executive.
- What is your interest in WebFx?
Marketing Analyst
I went through the initial step of a 6-step interview process, which started with a phone interview. The conversation went smoothly overall. However, when the topic of visa sponsorship came up, I mentioned that I would need it in the future. I found it intriguing that the interviewer was particularly interested in my job search process, asking detailed questions about the search phrases I used, the types of roles I was applying for, and other aspects of my job hunt as a recent graduate.
- Tell me about yourself, and is there a favorite class you've taken?
- What is your current GPA?
Market Research Analyst
After submitting my application via LinkedIn, I was contacted for an initial phone conversation. The recruiter I spoke with was really nice and asked me about my understanding of the job description's responsibilities. They also gave me a rundown of what the first few months on the job might look like.
